THE HERO'S JOURNEY: WHERE DO I BEGIN?

Before the journey, ask the question...“Where do I begin?”

Overripe and fading fruit,

   a house plant that needs re-potting,

       a spinning wheel,

          symbols of wisdom, spirits,

             and ancient connections.

I don’t know where they leave off and I begin.

I don’t know if I am creating or leaving me,

I only know that I am dressed and ready...
